¾ oz Cardamom Simple Syrup*
¾ oz Beets + Lavender Syrup*
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 purejuana shot (recommend Venom OG)
Tonic Edible Flowers (for garnish)

Combine cardamom syrup, beet + lavender syrup & lemon juice in cocktail shaker. Add purejuana & let dissolve. Shake & strain. Top with tonic. Garnish with edible flowers.


*For Cardamom Simply Syrup…

16 oz Green Cardamom Pods
16 oz Water
16 oz Sugar

Place whole cardamom pods on baking sheet. Toast at 350° for 4 minutes. Pull cardamom & let cool, then crack pods to expose seeds. Bring water to boil, place the cracked seeds into water & let steep for 5 minutes. Once reduced & rested, strain through cheese cloth & store.

 

*For Beet + Lavender Syrup…

16 oz raw pressed Beet Juice
16 oz Cane Sugar
.5 oz Dried Lavender

Place beet juice in large pot & bring to simmer. Slowly dissolve sugar into beet juice & add dried lavender. Steep for 5 minutes at simmer, reduce & strain.
