Cup of Jane

1 oz Canela Syrup*
2 oz Espresso* 
½ oz Orange Juice
1 purejuana shot (recommend Blue Dream)
Coconut Cream*
Hazelnut Dust
Mint Sprig (for garnish)

Combine syrup, espresso & orange juice in cocktail shaker. Add purejuana & let dissolve. Shake & strain over ice. Top with coconut cream. Dust with hazelnut. Garnish with mint sprig.

*For Espresso…

Dilute espresso by running water through espresso twice.

*For Canela Simple Syrup…

Add cinnamon sticks to simple syrup.

*For Coconut Cream…

Add ½ oz vanilla extract to 5.4 oz can of coconut cream. Season with clove to personal taste.
