3-4 Basil Leaves
½ bar spoon Mushroom Powder
1½ oz Yuzu Juice
2 oz Matcha Agave*
½ oz Grapefruit Juice
1 purejuana shot (recommend Blue Dream)
1 Edible Flower (for garnish)
Muddle basil leaves in cocktail shaker. Add mushroom powder, yuzu juice, matcha agave & grapefruit juice. Add purejuana & let dissolve. Shake & strain. Garnish with edible flower.
*For Matcha Agave…
Dilute agave syrup by adding 2:1 agave to hot water. Add 1 bar spoon matcha powder for every liter of agave syrup (add while syrup is hot for better dilution).
