High Tea

HIGH TEA

1 Kumquat
1½ oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Earl Grey Syrup*
½ oz Ginger Root Juice
1 purejuana shot (recommend Venom OG)

Muddle ½ kumquat in cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice, earl grey syrup & ginger root juice. Add purejuana & let dissolve. Shake & strain over ice. Garnish with other ½ kumquat.


*For Early Grey Simple Syrup…
1:1 water to sugar. For every 8 oz of water, add 1 scoop loose earl grey tea leaves. Let steep for 2 hours. Strain out tea leaves & chill.
