Stoned Fruit Collins

STONED FRUIT COLLINS

1 fresh Tarragon Sprig
5 fresh Raspberries
¾ oz fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Soda Water
1 purejuana shot (recommend Venom OG)
1 fresh Raspberry (for garnish)

Muddle tarragon & raspberries in cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice & simple syrup. Add purejuana & let dissolve. Shake & strain into Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with raspberry.
